How a Render Homes plan works.
Who we are
Render Homes is run by Matt and Paul Morris in north London. You can reach us at hello@renderhomes.co.uk.
What you're buying
A design plan for one room, made from the photos and answers you give us. It includes a photo-real picture of your room redesigned, a colour and material palette, a shopping list of products linked to UK retailers at the prices shown when we prepared it, three budget options and a suggested order to buy in. It's delivered by email as a PDF.
The plan is a set of recommendations. Product prices, stock and availability are set by the retailers and can change after we send the plan. We don't sell the products and we're not responsible for retailers' delivery or returns.
Price and payment
A plan costs £150 per room unless a valid discount code is applied. When you order, your card details are saved securely by Stripe and nothing is charged. We charge your card when we deliver your plan. If the charge fails, we'll email you to arrange payment before any revision.
Discount and voucher codes have the conditions shown when you use them, including any expiry date and a limit of one use per customer.
Questions and revisions
You can ask us about your plan at any point, as many times as you like, by replying to the email it arrived in. One full revision is included: tell us what you'd like changed and we'll refine the plan. Further full revisions may be chargeable, which we'd agree with you first.
Refunds
If your plan isn't right for your room, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full. Because the plan is made specifically for you and delivered digitally, this replaces the statutory cooling-off period, which you agree to when you place your order.
Your photos and your plan
You keep ownership of the photos you send us, and you're free to use your plan however you like. We only share a customer's room, photos or plan publicly with their permission.
Gift emails
If you send someone a gift code through our site, we email them once, from you, and don't email them again unless they use it.
The small print
We take care to make every plan accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee a particular result in your room, and our liability is limited to the price you paid for the plan. Nothing here affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
