What you get for £100.
One document, written for your room, with everything you need to start.
Your own room, redesigned
A photo-real picture of your room with the new scheme in it, not a similar room.
The exact paint colours
Names, codes and where each one goes, so a decorator can match them without guessing.
Every piece priced and linked
Each item linked to a UK shop that had it in stock when we wrote the plan, with the price next to it.
Three budgets, and an order
A cheaper, middle and best option for each choice, and the order to buy in if you are spreading the cost.
What to keep
We tell you what already works in the room, so you don’t replace something you don’t need to.
A revision, and our email
One full revision is included, and you can ask as many questions as you like. Matt or Paul replies.
How it works.
You send one photo
Stand in the doorway, take a picture, and answer a few questions about how you want the room to feel. About six minutes.
We design it
We work through your room ourselves and pick every colour, product and price by hand. Two to three working days.
You get the plan, then pay
It arrives by email. We charge the £100 after it has been sent, not before, and you have 14 days to ask for a refund.

Read a whole plan before you buy one.
This is a complete plan exactly as it was delivered to a customer — every room shot, every colour, every product and every price. Nothing is held back — it is the same plan you get.

An introductory price for north London.
Render Homes is run by two brothers, Matt and Paul. We design every plan ourselves and we answer every email ourselves — there is no studio and no account manager in between.
We are opening ten places in north London at £100 instead of £150. We ask for your feedback on the plan afterwards. Once the ten are taken, the price returns to £150.

Questions.
When do I pay the £100?
When the plan is in your inbox, not before. You save a card at the end of the form — handled by Stripe, so we never see the number — and we charge it once the plan has been sent. If it isn’t right you get a full refund within 14 days.
Is there a catch?
No. The plan is the same one we deliver at £150. We ask for your feedback by email once you have had it, which takes a few minutes and is not published anywhere. You are under no obligation to leave a public review.
Do I have to live in north London?
For the introductory price, yes. The service itself works anywhere in the UK at £150.
How long does it take?
Two to three working days from receiving your photo, sometimes sooner.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us and we will change it. One full revision is included and you can ask as many questions as you like. If it still isn’t right, you get a full refund within 14 days.
Do I need measurements or a floor plan?
No. One photo taken from the doorway is enough to start. Rough measurements help for rugs and large furniture, and the plan tells you what to check before you order anything.
Does it work for a rented flat?
Yes. Most of what transforms a room — lighting, textiles, art, rugs, plants — needs no permission. We flag anything that does separately so you can decide.
Will you use my photos?
Only with your permission. We will ask once the plan is delivered, and you can say no.
